電子レンジで3分温めるだけの簡単調理。
北海道函館産の真イカを使用し、昔ながらの方法で炊き上げた郷土料理です。
特製の昆布醤油タレに漬け茹で上げてあり、イカのダシがしっかりもち米に染み込んでます。
