This is one of my favorite northern thai food. Never try it with grilled chicken but, its very good idea and im definitely sure the taste will also great!

To: PraePlanet yes,not very authentic,egg noodle needs to be deep fried too,but I wanted to do a twist,also I think it looks better this way.Apart from the one I made,I had never tried this anywhere,this must be so good in its origin,Northern Thailand!
To: romie yes,in soupy yellow curry,this is a tradition northern Thai dish,in original recipe chicken is simmered in the soup rather than grilled,egg noodle needs to be deep fried too.That's right,you are very good at SE Asian cuisine too,if you haven't tried this,you could look up and "khao soi gai
