In a pressure cooker , add oil
saute the onions

Add the rice , ginger-garlic paste and cinnamon
stir well

Add the vegetables and leek and mix well

Add in water and salt , stir well

cover and cook for 15 mins on high heat

when cooked add 2-3 cups of hot water and stir well
6
add the remaining ingredients before servings
