Always pleasing family dish featuring new season vegetables.

小ぶりの新ジャガを見つけるとつい買ってしまう❤︎
煮ころがしやサラダにすることが多いけど、揚げてから餡かけとは丁寧だなぁ。豆のグリーンが美しい✨

Although new potatoes are available throughout the year,but I do find they are tastiest in spring time,I was excited to see the recipes having them deep fried too,with wafu meat sauce and deep fried sora beans,also aosa,so good I couldn't stop eating!
