English muffins with bacon,scrambled egg with mixed herbs

One by one,I am trying to make the type of bread I like.
These English muffins are my third batch,finally came out more the way I like.Individual flattened ball shapes have their final prove in rings,that's how I don't waste any scraps If I cut out from a mass dough after final prove.
I guess you have to make it before to know what I'm talking about...
