Pan fried parrot fish,sweet and corn and chanterelle mushroom risotto,caper and parsley salad

This is 青衣fish in Chinese, parrot fish in English,ヒブダイ in Japanese,I think....this is fresh,found this in market.
Chanterelle is 杏茸,I think,mine is dried,again I bought this in Yunnan,China.
Moving on to more summerly ingredients now,first sweet corn dish of the year.
