Thank you for making this again,I love to eat sanma rolled up like this,I am not good with eating small bones.Using daikon orishi is very basic,I love that you use umeboshi ,shiso and 切り昆布,what a superb matching,you have a lot of sense! I think I need to try your recipe too!

梅干し、しそ、大根おろしはどれもサンマによく合いますね(*^^*)
塩焼きも美味しいのですが大根おろしで煮る方がよりあっさりして食べやすいですし、わたしもとても気に入ってます。
小骨はうちの子もかなり苦手!😁
