The cake is in 3 layers , so each layer contains 25 grams flour,sugar and 2 eggs. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Sift flour and cocoa powder. Lightly fold in the eggs mixture. line cake tin with parchment/baking paper. pour in cake mixture. bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 mins Repeat same process for the remaining layers

Bring water and sugar to boil. add 1teaspoon of cocoa powder and mix well Leave to cool. Whip the cream until stiff. when the cake has cooled down ,moisten it with the cocoa syrup. Fill the cake with cream . Decorate with grated chocolate. Refrigerated until serving.
