Add also 2tbs of sour cream, a pinch of salt. Mix baking powder with flour (if you use soda, mix it with sour cream).
3
In the flour and baking powder mixture pour liquid ingredients. Knead a tight dough.
4
Cover with plastic foil and let the dough to rest for 30-60 min. (To become more elastic.)
5
Divide into two parts. Roll out a thin layer dusting with a flour. The thinner you roll out the dough the more tasty and smooth will be baklava. Lubricate a layer with a little oil for the dough does not stick together while rolling. This is important!
6
Make a flat roll width 4-5cm. The more layers, the more puffy will be baklava. Glue the edge with water and seal for baklava doesn't roll out during frying.
7
Cut at an angle. Make bigger slope for our baklava is longer.
8
Fry in lot of oil on both sides until golden brown. Proceed fast and be attentive, it may burn up immediately. Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil.
9
Now prepare the syrup. Sugar with water boil for five min over high heat. Diminish the fire and add honey. And if you dip in cold syrup much syrup will remain on the baklava, it will be very sweet and not become crisp. One by one dip in boiling syrup baklavas for a few seconds only. And put on a tray.

Ideally you should sprinkle with chopped nuts and powder sugar. But even if you won't do it's still delicious!
