I love to make compound butter too,it just gets flavourful with the ingredient you put into it,great for making sauces.I actually had some very good store-bought seaweed butter from France,and this is my take on it.One of the best dish I had in Paris is abalone with it's liver sauce

家里有好多别人送的做好的清蒸或酱汁鲍鱼,经常打开即食。下次马上又有新鲜冷凍的到了,也试试这么做🎶
之前是不知道可以以西式的方法來處理,後來在法國吃過一道近似的,非常美味,一真都惦掛著。前幾天便試做了這個,也頗滿意的,祖國來的鮑魚,雖然味道沒怎麼樣,但也真夠便宜的。買到新鮮鮑魚的話,也請試試!
