Cranberry San didn't make this,she ordered in a restaurant,but she always knows where to eat and what to order!
I made the butter with のり佃煮,青のり,塩昆布.
🎶Clifford Brown🎶-my favorite jazz instrument is trumpet,and he is my favourite player,he tragically died
quite young,so he didn't has many songs,but all are good!

Looks expensive,but these abalone weren't expensive,good price before market closed.Not the best quality kind,but everything else made this good,Thanks!

Thank you,and resnap too!I got the idea from Ms Cranberry's post and also I dish I had in Paris.But these abalone are not the best kind,but all I could find after work,they were small and not much flavour,but other things really made this dish good!I regret that I'm not a wine person,sparkling water

Thank you,and resnap too!I never made this before,it was a trial,so best to eat alone😁,these were not expensive abalone,small and not much flavour,but nori butter sauce made this dish so good!

I love to make compound butter too,it just gets flavourful with the ingredient you put into it,great for making sauces.I actually had some very good store-bought seaweed butter from France,and this is my take on it.One of the best dish I had in Paris is abalone with it's liver sauce

Just took a look of them,seems like two restaurants in conjunction of each other .Really nice place this 尾崎San's restaurant,specialize in steak and maguro,good concept and the food seems great quality,I love the ambient of these small and exquisite places.I went to a popular pizza place,L'Antica Piz
Pizzeria da Michele,last time in Tokyo,like the one you recommend,serves only two types of pizzas,(I don't mind,I usually order margherita anyway), but they weren't great at all,because if you do that,I expect really good quality.But I have high hope for this one since you are recommending.Much app

真可惜,冲繩沒有鮑魚,但也真夠沒道理,怎說日本也是盛產優質鮑魚的。台灣的九孔也很有名氣的,但記憶中還末嗜過。我這些是來自我們祖國的,很便宜,但味道沒怎麼樣,唯有在配搭上下了些心思,這一道菜也満意的!

真的很幸福呢,時常有鮑魚吃!
之前是不知道可以以西式的方法來處理,後來在法國吃過一道近似的,非常美味,一真都惦掛著。前幾天便試做了這個,也頗滿意的,祖國來的鮑魚,雖然味道沒怎麼樣,但也真夠便宜的。買到新鮮鮑魚的話,也請試試!

日本的新鲜鲍鱼挺多的,不是生吃,就是煎牛油,但没你做的那么精致。大个的也满贵的,巴掌大的市场活的5百克的卖4干日币,我老公做鲍魚生意的朋友有一次寄他买回去做种,长大了再出口日本,最近又要有进了,所以以前不要钱的样本好几公斤,太多了都吃怕了*\(^o^)/*

Hi the 尾崎restaurant's HP is not that much…but the restaurant itself is wonderful it's small but the food is great ! I will recommend the Japanese one .
The Pizza Restaurant you went , in Italy it is actually great but one in Japan is unfortunately not , I think it's because they are using different

they are using different cheese since it is very expensive to import them fresh to Japan
Whenever when you go to pizza restaurant in Japan if it's decent you can choose the fresh chees or not and I will definitely recommend to take a fresh cheese it is much expensive but it's worth it !

It was not only about the cheese in this place,I actually care about the pie itself most for me,and it's just not good enough,but I have to say the tomato sauce was not bad.About the cheese, the fresh one does taste better,but they produce lot of moisture when heated and m
