300g bread flour
50g AP flour
200ml water
40ml olive oil
100g young levain ( ratio of 1:1)
25g honey
8g sea salt
a few sprigs of rosemary ( finely minced)
For the topping
an orange (sliced / if desire marinate with orange liqueur)

15ml olive oil
15ml water
10ml honey
a few sprigs of rosemary (optional)
