Healthy sprouts with fruits

材料・調味料 (6 servings)
soybean seeds-soaked
1/2 cup
Gram (soaked)
2 cup
onion
1 nos.
tomato
2-3 nos.
green chili
1-2 nos.
pomegranate
1 whole
Orange juice
1 cup
garlic
2-3 pods
sea salt
to taste
dry mango pwdr
1 tbspn
lemon juice
3 tspn
black pepper pwdr
1 tspn
beetroot
1 cup

cut all the fruits and veggies finely.

In a bowl, Add soaked soybean seeds & gram. Put all veggies and fruits together & give it a nice mix.

Then add lemon juice,orange juice, salt, dry mango pwdr & black pepper pwdr.
ポイント

you can add more veggies and fruits like avocado, cucumber, corn etc.
Make sure that soybean seeds & gram are sprouted.
