Just seems to have too many ideas for minced meat dishes.
I did a Mediterranean style stuffed squid a while ago,here is a Thai version,adding things like shallot and coriander root in the mix,sauce is made with lime,chili and fish sauce.
Maybe a Japanese or Vietnamese next time...

Thank you so much,and resnap too!It's been long cold winter for me too,I can't wait doing more colourful spring dishes!The red thing in the dressing is just chopped fresh red chili(赤唐辛子),also has lime juice and fish sauce in it.

I did Mediterranean style once before in here,this is actually Thai,I just love this kind of dish and so many countries has their own version.Can't wait to try them all!

I agree,the lime and fish sauce dressing ma
makes everything taste good,but I am no good with the small red chili,so I used the me long ones,not authentic,but suits my tastes!
