Salmon and japanese cucumber fried spaghetti

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Salmon fillet
200-250g
Dried spaghetti
Enough for 2
Japanese cucumber, sliced, 2-inch

Red chili, sliced

Garlic, sliced

Turmeric
1 1/4 tsp
Black pepper
1 tsp
Sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp
Salt
To taste
Soy sauce/fish sauce
To taste

作り方

Boil pot of water for cooking spaghetti. Salt the water. Place spaghetti in and cook according to package instructions.

Remove skin from salmon fillet. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper and place in oven/turbo broiler/air fryer to crisp up.

Cut salmon fillet into 1 1/2 inch cubes and marinade with turmeric, 1/2 tsp sesame oil and some salt and pepper.

Pour about 2-3 tsp of oil into pan and fry sliced garlic until slightly brown. Push to the side of pan.

Place salmon pieces in pan and fry until half cooked. Remove salmon pieces.

Add in sliced chili and cucumber to fry in the pan. Add cooked spaghetti and 1/2-1 cup of pasta water. Use your discretion.

Add seasoning (salt, soy sauce/fish sauce, pepper) to taste. Add 1 tsp sesame oil. Add the salmon pieces back in the pan and lightly incorporate the salmon with the noodles taking care not to break them up too much. When salmon is just slightly under cooked, plate up and serve. Serve with crispy skin on top. Enjoy!
ポイント

You may want to add some chicken powder for more flavor. I get mine homemade without msg and preservative.
