Chicken soup

Chicken stock
1Lt
Celery
2 sticks
Carrots
3
Spring onions
A bunch
Spanish onion
1 small
Rice
1 cup
Avocado

Salt and Pepper

Chop veggies into cubes. Cut chicken breast in half or quarters.

Put everything together in a pot (I use the presure cooker to make it faster) along with the chicken stock.

Boil for 20 mins (30 if you use a normal pot). In the meantime boil the rice in a separate pot (or it will soak all your stock!)

Once the rice is done add it to the soup. Serve in a bowl. Slice avocado on a plate and season it with lemon, salt and pepper. Add it to the soup too!
