Vegetarian paella

Garlic
2 cloves
Onion

Green beans
A bunch
Green and red peppers

Diced tomato

Zuchini

Rice

Veggie stock
1 L
Paprika,safron,salt and pepper
作り方

Slow stear-fry all the veggies together with some olive oil. First garlic, onions and peppers, later add zuchinis and lastly the mushrooms.

Add rice and then the veggie stock (if you are not vegetarian you could also use chicken stock). Add salt and the spices.

Cook in the pan ultil the rice is almost cooked (a bit hard still) and then turn off the stove. Cover the pan with a lid and leave it like that for 10 more minutes. Then is ready!
