Fish cooked in plastic bag with saffron,eaten with these black lentil beans I bought from France.

魚を蒸し焼きにするのかしら。プラスティックバックは保冷袋みたいなもののことだよね?
プラスティックバックの中にオイルとサフランを一緒に入れて、お湯で蒸すのかな?

Well,you like fish and lentils combination,of course I know that,your kinki and lentils was very memorable for me.The cod this time was put in a vacuum bag with oil,saffron and seasonings,then simmer in water bath of low temperature,the fish stays extra moist!
I have all the gadgets for sous vide,I find it most useful these days,many housewives in HK have started using sous vide cooking too,about time you all should try,it makes cooking so much easier!

Yes,food put in a vacuum bag,then simmer in low temperature water bath,I find sous vide cooking very useful,and so convenient too!
I always like to have different textures in a dish,the softer cod and slightly crunchy cauliflower are so good together,I really enjoyed this,so glad you like it too!Thanks!

That's awesome,you do sous vide cooking too!I find it hard to believe,Japanese people usually keep up with trendy cooking techniques,but nobody seems to know about this there...yet..
It has helped me a great deal to get the results I want!!
