Chec de sfecla si gutui🇷🇴 Beetroot and quince bread🇷🇴

Beetroot/Quince
250g
Bread flour
220g
Sugar
150g
Cannola oil
100ml
Baking powder
1tsp
Eggs
3
Vanilla essence
1tsp
Salt
A pinch
作り方

Grate the beetroot and quince. In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs and vanilla essence. Add oil and grated beetroot and quince, then mix well again.

After add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix well again. Bake it for 60min at 160C.
ポイント

Quince can replace Pear, Apple, Celery or Carrot.
