canned mackerel

minced garlic

minced ginger

curry powder
1 Tbs
salt
1/2 tsp
olive oil
1 Tbs
lemon juice
1-2 Tbs
thin sliced ginger
15g
basil*
as U like
lemon rice**
1-2 bowls
作り方

Brown onions in large frying pan with olive oil. Add minced ginger & garlic and continue to pan fry for 1 minute at medium heat. Add can of mackerel and curry powder as well as salt. Separate the fish until it is flaky, then add lemon juice.

Plate rice and curry, then garnish with peppercorns, basil and sliced ginger. May add leftover lemon juice as well.
ポイント

* basil can be replaced with cilantro. Be sure to use all juices from canned mackerel. May also add cayenne pepper as well.
Lemon rice is made with long grain, mustard seed, turmeric and lemon juice. Just panfry ingredients and mix with steamed rice.
