Beef fajita nachos

- Layer chips flat on plate while cooking beef.

- Spoon beans onto chips evenly. Top with beef & cheese.

- Cook some more until cheese is all melted. Decorate with squeezeable sour cream. Season to taste (fajita seasoning works well).
