Tarte Tatin 🍎🇫🇷

Dough:
Flour

Salt
A pinch
Sugar

Butter

Milk
80ml
Filling:
Apple

The dough: Mix flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add 150g of butter and mix then add milk 80ml. Do not put everything at once. Knead it at least for 15min. Let the dough rest. 濡れフキンをかける。

Filling: Peel and cut into 1/4 apples. Put 50g of butter to frying pan to melt and add powder sugar in a fine rain. Mix with spatula and make a brown caramel. Off the fire arrange the apples on the warm caramel. Cook it 10min.

When Apple is cooked, arrange it in a pie dish. And put the caramel on it. Rollout the dough and put on the top of the pie dish.

Bake 200C until the dough is cooked. Turn the pie.
