Hasselback potato

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Potatoes

Garlic

Parcely
1 tbspn
Bacon

Butter
1tbspn
Sour cream
2 tbspn
Cheddar cheese
1cup
Green onions
Salt
To taste
Black pepper
to taste
作り方

Preheat oven at 400 degrees F

Using a sharp knife, make crosswide cuts in each potato , about 1/8 inch apart, stopping about 1/4 inch from the bottom

Put the sliced garlic and the butter between the cuts ;season with salt and pepper to taste

Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray. Place into the oven and bake until the outsides are browned ans crisp (about 1h)

Top with cheese and bake until melted , an adfotional 5 minutes.

Heat a frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp. Transfer it to a paper towel lined plate

Serve potatoes immediately topped with sour cream,bacon and green onions/chives and a little bit of parcely
