Hasselback potato with beef soboro/Japanese meat sauce

Also Parmesan cheese and deep fried shiitake
Always want to do hasselback potato,I thought it would be more interesting with a Japanese style sauce.

I love potato,and I always wanted to make hasselback potato,but I didn't know what to do with it,but this just came to mind one day,I don't know why,but I think it would be interesting with beef soboro.It really is delicious,the cheese and also deep fried shiitake match well too,deep and intense mushroom flavor,great for autumn time!
