Steamed radish cake🍻大根餅

レシピ
材料・調味料
Japanese radish
about〜10cm〜
small dried shrimp
1 tsp
scallion
1(both white&green parts or green onion, finely sliced)
rice flour
20g
salt&sesami
appropriate amount
sesami or vegetable oil
2 tsp+additional for pan-frying
作り方

Make a Daikon oroshi
grated a radish peeled and moved to a colander to remove water.
Drain the excess liquid.

Daikon oroshi is a food made by grating daikon radish w/an oroshigane (Japanese grater)

Mix the rice flour, salt, small dried shrimp,sesami &scallion
Add ①the mixture to the radish
Stir to make like a thick butter.

Add the rice flour to the ① if necessary.

Heat a skillet over medium high heat🔥

Add 2 tablespoon oil.

When it is almost smoking, pan-fry several pieces of ②for about 3 minutes or until browned.

Turn to brown the other side.
Add oil to the pan as necessary.

Put a lid on and leave it for 5 to 10minutes.

Serve hot with sauce.
ポイント

※If you can not find a rice flour、
Use half Katakuriko flour (potato starch)&half wheat-flour.
