今これ作って食べた。。

ずっとこの夏 私に足りなかったモノを考えてたんです。。
で、抹茶系かな？って思ってシフォンケーキ焼きました。さっき。

普段パフェって食べないんですけど。。何故かパフェにしてたべちゃいました。 黒いのは黒糖のゼリーです♪

I'm sure you already know well Matcha or some Japanese tea,
Guess you got 一保堂茶舗 or 茶寮都路里in Kyoto. There are many old standing tea shop n various price from high to low.So I can feel your feel.
Actually,we can't use high one for baking.cuz Matcha is so sensitive

It's easy to be oxidized by heat,turn into a brown.so i usually needs confectionery use Matcha,
there are adding vitaminC or some for not oxidized.
I tell you....Before,I baked a cake with high-quality Matcha.then it became brown color, inside too!..I thought so,"wow.. It's no tea anymore,looks coff

,looks coffee cakes!😱"...haha....😅
But,I can few tea bland recommend for you!

But it's few,they are serving seasonal sweets,Maybe you Couldn't took a lot regularly...?
Well,nowadays,Matcha's confection is countlessly many in Kyoto,but i guess it's not tradition...From way back,we won't

From way back,we won't together eat matcha n matcha flavored sweets.It's little bit rare to use Matcha for a traditional Japanese sweet.there are many matcha cakes or ice-cream from such a reason.
If you want to especially Matcha sweet,I recommend 丸久小山園 too.(Main shop are based in 宇治) they are tea s

they are tea seller likewise.but especially they will serving to you well conditioned Matcha n sweets,this shop has high-grade one😊
