Almond milk
About half a cup
Chia seeds
1 tablespoon
Honey
2 teaspoons
Peanut butter
1 tablespoon
Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
Hemp seeds
1 tablespoon
Berries
Handful

Put oats, cinnamon, honey, peanut butter, and almond milk in a bowl

Microwave for 50 seconds

Add some chia seeds.

Stir everything together

Top with hemp seeds and fruits (i put blueberries)
