Katsudon

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Tonkatsu

Dashi stock
3 cup
Kikkoman soysauce
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Onion

Green onion
1
Eggs

Prepare ingredients. Cook tonkatsu, dashi stock, chop onion into wedges, finely chop green onions

Put pan on medium hear.

Add oil in pan and quickly sauté onions. Do not cook all the way.

Put aside onions and add dashi stock, soysauce, and sugar in the heated pan

Add in onions and let it simmer.

When liquid has reduced to desired anount, add the cut tonkatsu

Lighty beat the 2 eggs and pour over the tonkatsu

Cook egg until desired.

Put rice in a deep bowl. Add it katsudon.

Top with green onions
ポイント

Taste sauce while it simmers to ensure that you are happy with the taste. If too sweet, add soy sauce. If too salty, add sugar. Put some sauce on the rice and mix. I recommend using calrose rice. Tonkatsu and dashi stock recipe to be added soon. DISCLAIMER: measurements are estimates.. I just kind of put the ingredients in the pan until im happy with the taste.
