Chinese style fried noodle

材料・調味料 (2 人分)
Bacon
6 slices
Leek

Carrot
1/3
Onion
1/2
Chinese egg noodle
2 serves
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Sugar
a bit
Grounded pepper
Garlic
2-3 cloves
作り方

Slice leek, carrot, onion lengthwise.

Smash and chop garlic.

Cut bacon into 2 cm wide.

Put fry pan to heat, add 2 table spoons of sesame oil.

Heat the oil then put chopped garlic. Fry until garlic get light brown.

Add bacon, onion and carrot.

Fry until carrot gets tender.

Add the remaining, stir fry to combine everything.

Sprinkle ground pepper before serve.
ポイント

Add some vinegar & chilli if you like.
