材料・調味料 (3 人分)
Potatoes
500g
Tomatoes
Two
Garlic
2/3 clove
Stock
2Tsp
Onion
1/2
Cooking oil
1/5 cup
Tomato Paste
1/2 cup

Chop tomatoes, onion, garlic and any other vegetables you feel like adding into small pieces.

Add to large suacepan with 1/5 cup of cooking oil.

Heat until onion is browned

Add stock and stir

After stock has been stirred in, add water. Keep stirring.

Once the saucepan is half full, add potatoes.

Leave to boil, checking occasionally.

Once potatoes are soft, the meal is ready to serve. Add salt and tomato sauce to your liking.
