Swedish Chocolate Cake

Coco Powder
1/2 cup
Salted Butter
10 Tablespoons
Sugar
11/3 cup
Flour
1 cup
Eggs
3 large
Vanilla Extract
3 tsp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour a 6 inch cake pan.

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. In a small sauce pan melt the butter. Let the butter cool slightly then add to the dry ingredients. Add eggs and mix until the batter is smooth.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Once the cake is done, place on a cooling rack. After the cake has cooled place it on a cake plate & dust with powdered sugar.
ポイント

Before you invert the cake to remove it from the pan, run a dull knife around the outside of the cake. This should help it come out cleanly.
