for the cake:
self raising flour
300grams
butter
250grams
sugar
100grams
sweetened condensed milk
1\2 cup
eggs

for the ganache:
dark chocolate chopped
400grams
whipping cream
300ml
cocoa powder for the cake

To prepare the cake :
1. Cream butter and sugar for about 10-15 mins
2. Add condensed milk and mix well
3. Add egg one at a time and mix well
5. Fold in flour and cocoa powder
6. Pour in cake tin
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins

To prepare the ganache :
1.bring the cream to a boil
2.Add the hot cream to the chopped chocolate
3. Stir until combined and glossy
4. Let it sit until it reach a spreadable consistency
5.Leftover can be kept in refrigerator

when the cake has cooled frost it with the ganache
decorate as you wish
