Potato Salad 😋 (Persian Style - Oliviyeh)

Potatoes (small-med)

Eggs

Carrot (med)

Corn (canned)
1/2 cup
Green peas (canned)
1/2 cup
Chicken
1 cup
Gurkin (pickled cucumbers, diced)
1/2 cup
Lemon
1/2
Salt & Pepper
To taste
Mayonnaise
To taste
作り方

Boil and cook your potatoes, carrot, eggs, and chicken.

Prepare and mash your potatoes, shred your chicken and dice (pea size) all your other ingredients.

Mix all together well and add salt and pepper to taste.

Add enough mayonnaise to create a creamy mix.

Some people like more and some less so it's all optional and up to your taste.

For the finale, add some fresh lemon juice (again optional and up to your taste - fresh gives you a better result), this gives a dish a little bit of a tangy taste and a soft kick.

Stir everything well together for a smooth and creamy texture overall and a good distribution of all the ingredients in the mix.

ポイント

1) Before adding Mayonnaise allow for everything to cool down a bit.

2) After all is done, put in the fridge for few hours to let it set and serve chilled.

3) Can use any of the ingredients, herbs and tomatoes to decorate the dish before serving.

4) This can also work beautifully as a sandwich filling and not only a salad or a side dish.
