It's sanma season and I love sanma very much,I thought I should share this more unusual way of eating it.Slightly trouble to remove the bone,but we could eat more elegantly like this,right?And of course more interesting looking too! So only one fish is enough for one person?I made a lot,it's even good when cold! You have wonderful idea too,using シークヮーサー juice to drizzle on,super matching!! I still feel I know very little about Japanese cooking,makes me very happy you take an interest in it,thank you so much!!

作って気づいたけど、二枚卸を煮るより巻いて煮たリックスタイルの方が絶対ふんわり秋刀魚が美味しいと思う。
