chicken leg

oil
1 tbsp
salt
1/2 tbsp
ginger powder
1/2 tbsp
garlic powder
1/2tbsp
paprika
1/2tbsp
all in one stir fry
1tbsp/sauc
black pepper sauce
1tbsp
kashmiri Mircha
1/2 tbsp
oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp
Szechuan sauce
2 tbsp

Wash & dry then make deep slits on the chicken legs for sauce to penetrate well

combine all ingredients above & then rub well all over the legs. allow to rest for at least 2 hrs a little more will be better

preheat OTG for 10 min. all 4 heating rods on at Max. temperature .lay the drumsticks on a tray midway.. set time for 15 min. Remove tray

turn the drumsticks & again grill for 10 min. put some melted butter in the vessel which contains a little remaining sauce.. mix it with butter & brush on the drumsticks both sides. garnish as u please.
