Pepperoni Calzone

レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Stick pepperoni
1/2 a stick
Mozzarella Cheese
6 slices
Pizza sauce
1/2 a cup
Bag pizza mix
Whole bag
Butter
2 tablespoons
Garlic salt
Pizza seasoning
作り方

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix pizza crust mix as directed on bag

Roll dough out into a circle about 12 inches in diameter

On one half of the dough, lay out three pieces of mozzarella cheese, and top with pizza sauce

Cut up the pepperoni stick into slices and put on top of the sauce. Put the remaining cheese in top.

Fold the other half of the dough over, and pinch closed.

Melt the butter in the microwave, and mix in some garlic salt and pizza seasoning. Spread this over the top of the calzone.

Place the calzone onto a vented pan, and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
ポイント

I suggest greasing the pan, otherwise it will stick. And it is VERY important to use a vented pan, otherwise the bottom of the calzone will not brown up as stay doughy.
