Caramelised Shrimp with Pork.

材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Pork belly
0.5 kg
Shrimp
1 kg
Spring onion
Coconut juice
作り方

Marinate the pork belly with sugar, fish sauce, Knorr seasoning powder, pepper.

Fry the marinated pork belly until it is cooked but still soft.

Fry the shrimp marinated with some Knorr seasoning until it turns pink.

Add coconut juice just enough to half cover the fried shrimp & pork. Simmer until the juice reduces to only a little amount.

Add liquid caramel.
Adjust the taste near the end of the simmering process.

Add spring onion at the end.

Serve with rice
ポイント

Dont overcook the pork belly and the shrimp or they will become hard and dried.

Be careful with adding sugar since the coconut juice is already sweet.
