Mongolian Beef

レシピ
材料・調味料 (4 人分)
Beef flank
1 lb
Corn starch
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
1/2 cup
Water
1/2 cup
Sugar
3/4 cup
Minced ginger
1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic
4 cloves
Oil
2Tbs
Oil for frying beef
1-2 cups
Green onions
1 stalk
作り方

Cut beef into bite size pieces and coat it with the corn starch

Lightly fry garlic and ginger with 2 TBS oil for 3 mins.
Add soy sauce, water and sugar.

Reduce heat for the sauce and cont bye to boil for 5-8 mins. Stirring and making sure your sauce do not get burn.

Fry Beef in a skillet with 1-2 cups of oil. About 2 mins. Strain the oil.

Add the beef to the sauce and cook for 5 mins.
Serve with chopped green onions.
