材料・調味料 (8 人分)
1lb ground chicken, beef, lamb or tofu
1 small onion chopped finely
1 teaspone minced garlic
7 spice seasoning and a pinch of sea salt to taste
1 chopped into chunks under .boiled potato
curry powder

Saute meat, veggies and spices to taste. After it is done, fold in chunks of potato into hot filling. Fill dumpling pastry sheets with 1 teaspoon of the filling. Fold to seal by pinching sides toghther with a dap of H20 to seal. Deep fry in peanut oil. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with chili sauce dip or a dilled sour cream.
ポイント

I used the seasonings of my choice, but any seaonings can be sustituted. Also you can use a frozen pie crust cut into circles with a glass or cookie cutter. Fill with filling and bake in the oven till brown and crisp.
