Avocado thousand years egg and pickle mustard salad,with a simple soy sauce dressing.
I could never imagined having them together,but it totally works!Brilliant idea from 'Pariya',
Unchanged recipe,I only added woodear mushroom きくらげ.

Our Cantonese cuisine also has a coriander ピーダン and fresh water fish soup,it's very popular.L!Apart from this I haven't seen other soup that has ピーダン,it'll be interesting for me to know!
きくらげ often appears in Chinese cold appetizer,I thought it should be good here too!
