1 Boil water 2 Wash/prep green beans tomato & spring onion 3 Place pasta in boiling water 4 meanwhile make dressing: spoon of whole grain mustard, olive oil, white wine vinegar, maple syrup, spring onion, mashed black olive 5 pour some of this dressing into a bowl & coat tuna steak in it 6 now that pasta is half way cooked add eggs to boil & start steaming green beans 7 pan fry tuna steak.
