Marinate chicken breast using squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle some basil, parsley flakes and rosemary to enhance the taste. Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes

Stir fry shiitake mushrooms with garlic and olive oil. Set aside to cool.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius, bake chicken breast covered in aluminium foil for approximately 20 minutes.

After chicken breast is done baking, lay flat a piece of wholemeal tortilla and wrap together lettuce, tomatoes (sliced), shiitake mushrooms and chicken breast (sliced)

Sprinkle some chilli flakes to add some taste to the dish! Enjoy!
