Make the dough: in a bowl, add flour, yolks, butter, honey, salt, lemon or orange zest and mix dry yeast with warm milk and sugar then add it inside the bowl. Knead the dough very well then let it rest for 1.5 hours at warm place.

Filling: Boil milk, sugar and butter. Mix them together with walnuts, cocoa, vanilla essence, rum essence, salt. After mixture cool down, add the egg whites and mix well.

When resting time finished, roll the dough and put the cream; roll the dough and form into spiral.

Put the dough in a baking tray and let it rest again 30-40min.

Before baking the dough, put on the top of it melted butter.

Preheat the oven and bake it at 160 degrees for 1hour.

After baking, again spread on the hot bread more melted butter and let it cool down; after cooling down sprinkle some powder sugar.
