Wakame and a bit of sesame seeds and ume. Butternut squash is hardier than pumpkin and blander. But I found that it gets very sweet when you slow roast it at 160 degrees Celsius.
Wakame mix - no lah. Cheated with a ready mix from a Japanese supermarket! Butternut squash can be cooked in soup but I prefer to roast it. It's delicious roasted - can add to salads or as side dish.
