Rice gratin with spinach🇬🇷

Rice
300g
Spinach
300g and little more
Dill chopped
1 bunch
Green onion chopped
2 sticks
Gorgonzola or other cheese blue cheese
100g
Graviera or Pecorino grated
150g
Fresh cream
220ml
Veg oil

Boil the rice and drain. (Half cooked)
Wash the spinach and drain well, chop and sauté with veg oil. Add green onion and dill. When it gets soften remove from heat and add blue cheese crushed by a fork.

Grease the wall of a modest round baking pan with butter and put half of rice, stretch over the spinach and finish with another layer of rice. Grated Graviera or Pecorino cheese and mix with the cream, spread over the rice and cook at 180C until surface gets golden brown.
