Salads are all I want to eat these days…
Flower from bananas tree,also with cucumber,carrot,bean sprout,coriander,sesame ,deep fried shallot, chopped peanuts,dressed with lime and fish sauce.

These are used a lot in south east Asia,mainly for salad.Only recently they start to show up more in HK, may be the reason being more and more south East Asians live in HK now.Not expensive at all,crunchy texture,but rather bland,so it has to depends on a good sauce!
