I am sorry I didn't quite get your question,and I didn't explain clear enough.I meant the sauce is made in another pot,taking out the juice from the pork,and mixed with other ingredients.But nevermind,taste is the same,you just have to use more soy sauce etc..
But I

want to comment on your pot,it's so beautiful,looks like a Japanese brand...
And the photo too,I think it's so much better without the flash,everything is clear,nice composition too!
