1. a little bit of oil then minced garlic on frying pan. wait until yellow gold.
2. add minced pork. fry until done.
3. add small pieces of bamboo shoot, caw pea, carrot (can add chili or pepper if u like spicy). mix well.
4. add cooked rice (prefer dry. normally, i leave it overnight in fridge.) then soy sauce or fish sauce and salt as you like. stir for a while.
5. finally, add basil (kraprao) stir just for a short while not to destroy its smell, then serve.
can serve with egg or any veggies or improvise as you like. enjoy!
