Blended Ingredient A —————————- 2 stalks lemongrass 1 inch ginger/ galangal half tsp tumeric powder half tsp cumin powder half tsp curry powder 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp chili paste 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp honey half tsp black pepper half a lemon juice
Ingredient B ——————— 1 tbsp coconut powder 2 big dollop of crunchy peanut butter 2 tbsp sweet sauce (kicap manis) 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp of dried chili oil (with chili flakes)
Pan fry blended Ingredients A with oil. Then add Ingredients B & cook on low heat. Add water from time to time and stir for 10 mins till thick and fragrant.
