Heat water and boil pasta for 7 minutes (al dente) or 8 minutes (soft). Add olive oil and lightly soil the water and wait until boiling before adding the pasta

While the pasta is cooking, in a wok mix the pesto and the cooking cream together and slowly heat

Slice the mozzarella and the grilled ventresca tuna and place to one side

Drain the cooked pasta and add to the pesto sauce. Mix together.

Place pasta in a bowl and layer over the mozzarella and the tuna. Season with salt to taste and serve immediately.
