穴子白菜巻き煮

My attempt to do 和食…
Topping:天かす、大葉
At the back:イチジクの白和え、たこの唐揚げ磯辺風，I could only find this small octopus in the market.

Wow,It's perfect!😱💕
All of my fave dishes🎶I wanna to eat everything on one's plate!!
Especially,you amazed me again that you made イチジクの白和え!
I love this dish! but i guess this way to eat still isn't really known by anyone... It's looks soooo tasty!!😍

If I haven't mistaken,I think you have done a イチジクの白和えbefore.I am not surprised at all that you like this too,since you like figs a lot.I saw some beautiful ones selling at a reasonable price,I got a few,ate some straight,and decided to go for this.It's an usually dish,isn't it?Sweet fruit with a go

goma and tofu sauce around it,still unimaginable for many,I wouldn't say it's my favourite way to eat fig,but it's definitely worth trying.There are other 白和え I want to try too,like mango.

About イチジクの白和え,
Maybe,It's unused too much in homemade cuisine yet.I used to see served with 八寸 of 懐石.
And sometimes they are change sesame into a walnut to make.
Apart from fig,persimmons are used well in this sauce.
Oh,Seems so nice that using mango too!

..it was came down from grandpa,but I've no idea of them,for ever😰
